HAPPY NOVEMBER
I had some scraps laying around and thought to make these two cards. "Happy Harvest Blessings" is from the Country Home Photopolymer Stamp Set. I used a card base of 4 1/4" x 11" Whisper White Thick Cardstock. The scalloped rectangle with the stamped images is from Stitched So Sweetly. There is a layer of 4" x 5 1/4" Soft Suede, embossed with one of the two Greenery folders. The Gilded Autumn Specialty Paper measures 4" x 3", and has a 2" wide layer of Brass Brushed Metallic foil with a chevron base tucked between that and the Whisper White piece. Wrap the Mint Macaron Basket weave Ribbon around the Whisper White piece before adhering it to the layers of DSP.
This second card was inspired by a Merry Monday #41 card sketch I found on Pinterest. I challenged my team to use this sketch during this month and post on our private team page. Once again, I used leftover scraps to create the details of this sketch. The base is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Very Vanilla, with a layer of 4" x 5 1/4" Very Vanilla that has been embossed with Pinewood Planks. All the DSP comes from Gilded Autumn Specialty Paper pack. The chevron layers are 2" x 5 1/4" and 1 1/2" x 5". The circle bases are 1 1/2" circles and the DSP circles are 1 3/8". I used the Autumn Goodness Stamp Set to create a separate pine cone, acorn, and maple leaf, as well as the sentiment. The metallic strip of ribbon comes from the same Basket Weave Metallic Ribbon Combo.
