Begin with the basic box, Cherry Cobbler, cut to 8" x 10 1/4"; score along the 8" side, at 1/2", 2 1/4",, 4 1/4", and 6". Turn tot he 10" side so the 1/2" strip is at the top of the scoring tool, then score at 1 3/4", 7 3/4", 8 3/4" and 9 1/2". Cut along the score lines to create the top flaps and bottom flaps. (Refer to FB video.)
I used the Pine Tree Punch to create four trees from Mossy Meadow Card Stock. Score each tree down the middle, fold and adhere the backs together, finishing off by adhering the first tree back with the fourth tree back to create the 3D Christmas Tree. The tree trunks are folded outward so they are used as the tabs to adhere the tree onto the lid of the box.
Season Greetings Holiday Card This one stamp set, Snowfront, creates an image of a professionally sketched winter scene. |
I used 4 1/4" x 11" Pretty Peacock as the base of the card, layered with a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper, with the top layer of 5" x 3 3/4" Whisper White. After stamping the wintery scene in Smoky Slate, I wrapped the Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon around the WW piece before adhering it to the Plaid Tidings card front.
